Looking for a fun and meaningful Father’s Day gift that’s perfect for the golf-loving guy in your life? Whether it’s for Dad, Grandpa, or another special father figure, this easy DIY idea is guaranteed to make him smile and maybe even improve his game (with some luck and love from the kids)!
This gift is simple to put together, budget-friendly, and a great way for kids to get creative. All you need are a few basic supplies and a little imagination.

What You’ll Need:
- A sleeve or box of golf balls (nothing fancy, you’ll want ones he can keep or actually play with!)
- A variety of permanent markers
- A glass jar or clear container
- Ribbon for decoration
- Hole puncher to add a gift tag
- A Printable Gift Tag (I’ve created a free set for you below!)
How to Make It:
- Set out the golf balls and markers, and let the kids go wild with creativity!
- They can draw Dad’s favorite things, funny faces, or leave sweet, positive notes like “You’re tee-rific!”
- Once the golf balls are decorated, place them in the jar.
- Tie a ribbon around the top for a festive touch.
- Attach one of the printable tags to finish it off. Tags are available for Dad, Pops, Grandpa, and Gramps!

Not only is this gift thoughtful and personal, but it’s also something he’ll cherish. He might even sneak a couple of these special balls into his next round of golf, though don’t be surprised if he chooses to keep them on display instead.
