DIY Trick Or Treat Pumpkin Bucket

I recently stumbled across the cutest idea from @Vennacrownholm, and I knew right away it was something I had to try for my daughter. She swapped out the plastic handle on a classic pumpkin bucket with two binder rings and a bag strap and I absolutely loved how practical (and adorable) it looked!

Carrying a heavy bucket of candy on Halloween night can be a pain, literally. So this hands-free version is perfect for little ones. My daughter could sling it over her shoulder and go from house to house without worrying about lugging it around.

Since she loves crafting (just like her momma), I thought this would be the perfect little DIY project for us to do together. She got to pick the strap, choose a color to paint it, and decorate it with rhinestones. It turned out SO cute, and even better, she had an absolute blast making it.

What You’ll Need:

How to Make It:

  1. Remove the handle from the pumpkin bucket using scissors.
  2. Paint the bucket in your chosen color. You might need 4 or 5 coats!
  3. Seal the paint with a layer of Mod Podge and let it dry completely.
  4. Decorate! Add rhinestones, glitter, or stickers to make it your own.
  5. Once dry, insert 2″ binder rings into the original handle holes.
  6. Clip on the bag strap to the rings—adjust to size—and you’re all set!

This was such a fun, simple project and honestly, one of our favorite pre-Halloween activities. Functional and fabulous, just the way we like it!

If you’re like me, capturing memories with your loved ones is something special. That’s why I’m obsessed with my Instax Fuji Film printer. It lets me print my favorite moments straight from my phone and instantly bring them to life. But what I really love is finding creative ways to showcase these memories both at home and at work.

Today, I’m sharing a super fun and easy DIY project: Instax Magnetic Frames with Personalized Charms! These adorable frames are perfect for adding color, personality, and a little sparkle to your printed photos.

What You’ll Need:

How to Make Them:

  • Step 1. Print our your favorite photos using the Instax Fuji Film Print.
  • Step 2. Select your favorite charms and glue them onto your magnetic frames.
  • Step 3. Once the charms have dried, insert your printed pictures into the frame.
  • Step 4. Display them anywhere! On your fridge, white board, filing cabinet, anywhere they can be seen!

Pro tip. Try creating a seasonal set like beach photos with seashell charms for summer, or holiday memories with tiny snowflake charms for winter. It’s a great way to keep your displays fresh and fun!
